Common requests
- OAuth / login problems with YouTube, TikTok or Instagram — try the Disconnect button on Distribute → Social Connections, then reconnect. Most "connection expired" errors are resolved that way. If they persist, send the platform name and a brief description below.
- Disconnect a social account — open Distribute → Social Connections and click Disconnect next to the platform. To revoke MetaSnap on Google's side as well, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Delete my data — submit a request below or email info@tyaplyap.com with subject "Data deletion request". We respond within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
